REGISTRATION POLICIES

  • Pre registration is required before attending classes or open gym. Classes have limited spaces.

  • Experience required where noted. If you are unsure which level to take please send us an email and we can help you out!

  • Your registration and place are only confirmed once payment is received. We encourage you to pay in advance to confirm your place in class.

  • Digital payment options (preferred):

    • Paypal through our website here.

    • Interact E-transfer to info@halifaxcircus.com

  • In person payments accepted:

    • Square reader for cards.

    • Exact cash or cheque in a sealed, labelled envelope (Name/ Class)

    • Send us an email to confirm you will be paying in person at your first class. In the case we don’t receive an email confirming your payment your space could be given to someone else.

DISCOUNTS

  • A 10% discount is applicable for anyone who is taking a second and/or additional classes in the same session OR families with multiple children in youth classes.

  • The highest price class must be paid at full price. The additional classes are discounted at the 10% rate

  • No discounts are available for workshops or summer camps

MAKE-UP CLASSES / MISSED CLASSES

  • For regular absences, please notify us 24hr hours or earlier, as we will take you out of the class uncharged. If you know right from the beginning of the term that you won't be in a class, please let us know! The idea is that any empty space could be used for someone else to makeup a class.

  • To book your makeup, view our class schedule page and scroll and find a class that has space in it of your level or below. We are happy to book this for you when you find a day. (ie - If a class says “6 of 8 spaces available” there are two spaces in the class available for makeups)

  • Covid-19/Covid-19 related issues are exempt from this rule and makeups/credits can be issued with any amount of notice. Please let us know as soon as you can, and do not come to class if you have symptoms or have been at an exposure site. You will be issued a makeup class, or a class credit if you are unable to find a makeup time.

  • Please note that this depends on whether there is an available space in a class, and so it is not always possible. We cannot refund classes missed by the student unless extenuating circumstances take place - such as a medical emergency and in that case requires a Doctors Note.

  • Make-up classes must take place within the same 8-week session as the missed class.

CANCELLATIONS

  • CLASS CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellations will be listed on our Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/halifaxcircus) or Instagram Page (@halifaxcircus) We will also email you, so please make sure we have your up-to-date email address when you register.

  • CLASSES THAT DO NOT HAVE A MINIMUM ATTENDANCE OF 3 PAYING STUDENTS WILL BE CANCELLED. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will move you into an alternate class, offer you a credit to return at a later time in the case of not enough students, or a refund.
